THE SURVIVE-ALL WARRANTY:
All products purchased from SURVIVE-ALL are
guaranteed to the original owner against any defect in workmanship or materials. If failure
occurs due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our option,
repair or replace the product. There is no guarantee against damage due to normal wear-and-tear, accident, or
mis-use, but we are often able to repair our products at a reasonable charge.

Returns!
At SURVIVE-ALL, we want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. Since you can't see and feel the item until after
you've bought it, we offer a 30-day evaluation period so you
can be sure you've got the right equipment and products for you. We do not,
however, accept items that have been used or Food and Water supplies purchased from this
web site cannot be returned. Here's how to
send back an item that's not what you expected:
1. Request a return label within 30 days of
your purchase date by using our contact
form. Be sure to include the name in which the order
was placed and the order number.
2. Allow several days to receive the return label via
email or US Mail. Don't worry if it's close to the end of the
30-day window when you submit your request. We'll allow a grace
period of up to five days to make up for any delay in getting
the label to you.
3. Once you receive the prepaid label, put it on the
original box, seal it up and drop it off at
any UPS shipping center or with your regular UPS driver. Be
sure to include all original packaging and product tags/labels.
Important Details:
Survive-All will not accept returns of used merchandise.
You will receive credit for the price of the bag and
any taxes, but not for the original shipping costs.
Your return label is prepaid, but we do charge a $9.50
restocking fee on all returns.
We will charge a 15% restocking fee (in addition to
the $9.50 fee above) if the order is not returned in its original
packaging.
We will not charge a restocking fee if you are returning
your order due to manufacturing defects or a shipping error,
as long as it's being returned within 30 days of the order date.
Due to variations in administrative practices of credit
card companies, please allow up to two full billing cycles for
the credit to appear on your statement.
Return shipments that do not meet the above criteria
or that have been shipped without the required return authorization/label
will be refused and returned, with no credit issued to your account.
SURVIVE-ALL will not process a refund or exchange
if the return label request has not been submitted within 30
days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all inquiries
regarding product defects or general dissatisfaction with product
quality must be taken up with the manufacturer.
